The studio space at Soldier/Sailor shifted through umpteen iterations and revisions. The final push - the one that lasted the longest, although that might have just been inertia - was the one that collected itself into the core of the warehouse - turned its back on the outdoors. Everything was, notionally, on wheels (including pinup walls and the perspex-glazed plug behind the roller door) - but flexibility was difficult once you factored in ten different actors and agents with their own needs and agendas.
